1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Viswud creative AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, social login tokens) and for all actions that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Services & Payments

We offer paid monthly and annual subscriptions ("Plans"). All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. By subscribing, you authorize Viswud to charge your designated credit card or payment merchant for all recurring subscription fees. Unused credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

4. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time through your Profile billing page. Upon cancellation, your premium plan benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Credit Quotas and Generation Policies

AI generations (images, audio, videos) require credits. Credit allocations are determined by your subscribed tier. The conversion rate (credits per generation) depends on the chosen tool and is displayed within the tool page. We reserve the right to modify credit rates or add new tiers with prior notification.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright to the inputs (prompts, raw images, audio files) and generated outputs produced by you via the Service. Viswud does not claim ownership of user assets. You grant Viswud a limited, worldwide license to host, cache, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Prohibited & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate: (a) explicit, sexually suggestive, or pornographic content, (b) hate speech, harassment, or threats, (c) misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent materials, or (d) media that infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyright. Violation of this clause will lead to immediate account termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Viswud disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viswud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or content resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms & Contact Information

We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of major revisions. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For inquiries regarding these Terms, contact us at legal@viswud.com.
