Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 26, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or communicating with support. This includes: • Personal Information: Name, email address, password hash, and optional profile details. • Payment Information: Transactions, payment tokens, and card brand (processed securely through Stripe; we do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers). • Media Inputs: Any text prompts, source images, or audio snippets uploaded to generate content.
2. Automatically Collected Information
When you access the Service, we automatically record standard usage details: • Usage Metrics: Number of credits consumed, types of tools used, processing times, and export counts. • Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps. • Cookies: Temporary tracking cookies to preserve user sessions, settings, and authorization states.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to: • Provide, maintain, secure, and optimize our generative AI models and services. • Process billing transactions, verify payment renewals, and audit transaction records via Stripe. • Personalize your user dashboard, profile configurations, and custom generation libraries. • Answer customer support requests and resolve technical disputes. • Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, policy violations, and unacceptable prompt generations.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers essential to running the Service: • Supabase: Used for database hosting, security configurations, and user authentication management. • Stripe: Used to handle card payments, invoicing, subscriptions, and charge security. • AI Infrastructure Providers: We send prompts and uploads to secured GPU servers (like Replicate/Cloudflare) to execute generations. These servers do not store or use your inputs for their own model training.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain your personal data and generated assets as long as your account is active. Generated media remains stored securely in our private cloud storage buckets. We implement strict SSL encryption, secure authorization protocols, and isolated database architectures to safeguard all customer assets against unauthorized access or breaches.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you hold specific data rights: • Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Correction: Correct inaccurate or incomplete account information. • Deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request that we delete all your personal information and generated assets from our production servers. To exercise these rights, please email us at privacy@viswud.com.
7. Cookies and Tracking Opt-Out
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to block or remove cookies. Doing so might affect some platform functionalities (like remaining signed in to your account). We do not track users across third-party websites.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of major revisions by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
